Pros
Flexible work hours and fun work environment. Coworkers are great people. Free cookies every-time someone gets hired. Free pizza every-time someone gets fired.
Cons
Logistics department run by a Salesman that has no understanding of how supply chain, logistics, or operations works. Worst yearly raises I have ever seen... if you're one of the lucky ones you might get a 0.8% raise, but don't expect anything more than that. Expect multiple layoffs per year, and when they are about to lay you off they will hire someone to replace you and force you train them beforehand. All of the best people are running for the doors and you should to. Management already axed the inventory team, they are about to ax the transportation team and outsource to a 3PL, Customer Care will be moved to their Bolingbrook location soon.
