Salary Coffee You can move up the leader fast and young but only because some many people leave Some people are very friendly, have great experience & knowledge
Cons
No work life balance No Culture No Values People don’t say hello to each other, some teams rarely talk to each other No strategy for growth Disconnected from the different business units, work in a silo mentality Zero communication and I mean zero you get your news from the media Top management do not interact with the employees. So much so that the have their own floor which you are not allowed to access Avoid Aryzta if you have a young family. Good if you are young and want experience.
