Pros

The individual team leaders are great (i.e. R&D, sales, marketing), they really want what's best for the employees and work their butts off trying to keep the company afloat.

Cons

Leadership. After working at the company for a few months, you start to get the feeling that no one on leadership is sure of what they are doing. Poor business decisions were approved by leadership regularly, such as sinking a ton of money into expensive technology only a month before laying off half of the employees. Every decision made by leadership is felt to be based on "gut-instinct" and "personal beliefs" rather than fact and logic. This obviously stems from their religious beliefs, which also controlled the company. When asked about how the company would handle foreseen hardships that everyone knew were coming, the common response was "leave it in god's hands", which is very worrying for someone who's trying to provide for a family during Covid times. Covid was also called a "liberal media scam" by some leadership members and nothing was done to prevent the spread of the virus, which a large group of employees contracted and potentially spread to other employees. Did not feel like a safe place to talk about religion or politics unless you are a Christian-republican. Only those who believe the same things the CEO does will ever be on leadership, no matter the skill level or expertise.

We have leadership team meetings weekly and make decisions based on facts and best ideas, not on “gut instinct” or “personal beliefs.” Our foundational principle at ARYSE is to honor God with everything we do and give back with what He blesses us with. As a Christian myself, I would be a hypocrite if I did not live out what I believe. However, we make it very clear that you do not have to be a Christian, or even believe in God for that matter, to work for ARYSE. No one has ever been let go because of their religious beliefs. This also applies to political beliefs.
