ARYSE Response
5yWe are definitely passionate about young leadership at ARYSE—not just leadership in position but in practice. We love how young people see the world and bring new perspectives. We try to be a learning organization and tend to bring people onto the team that are willing to learn and grow, to adapt and thrive, instead of people who already “have all the answers.” This does not mean we don’t value experience. Our leadership team consists of three in their mid-20s and four in our 40s and 50s. Four of us are men and three are women. If we don’t have clear direction, which I believe we do, that’s on me as the visionary leader of ARYSE, not on our young leaders.
Our foundational principle at ARYSE is to honor God with everything we do and give back with what He blesses us with. As a Christian myself, I would be a hypocrite if I did not live out what I believe. However, we make it very clear that you do not have to be a Christian, or even believe in God for that matter, to work for ARYSE. No one has ever been let go because of their religious beliefs. This also applies to political beliefs.
