      Multi national German Company In India. Can provide experience certificate in the EPC sector. Good for short term experience.

      Cons

      Lack of direction No HR policy Salary structure is against employees. Very arbitrary management. Bonus payout commitment has not been met.

      Pros

      Collaborative environment with strong customer focus. Interesting projects. Small enough to "wear a lot of hats," but still comfortable enough to concentrate on areas of interest. Good work-life balance.

      Cons

      SCS sells custom heat exchangers, which means every job is different. If you desire to focus on a narrow aspect of engineering, then SCS may not be for you.
