Listens to staff needs, good people

Small organization, so sometimes it’s all hands on deck.

The staff are very warm, welcoming, and understand the importance of a work/life balance. People work great together across departments and help out even when it's outside their scope of work. Senior team is easily approachable and understanding when situations arise.

Not the biggest fan of Microsoft Teams but is necessary with a hybrid schedule.
