ARU has a great workplace culture, and the team is fantastic to work with. Everyone is highly collaborative, hardworking, and loyal. I enjoy the fully remote workplace and the amazing company benefits.

No noticeable cons at this time.

I have been nothing short of impressed by the culture and talent at ARU. The interview process, onboarding, and integration into the organization have been well thought out and executed. I felt welcomed into the organization even before my first day with ARU. ARU is building something special with some of the most talented insurance experts I have come across in my career. I feel honored to work alongside these true professionals. ARU has a strong culture of collaboration and maintaining the highest of standards. Differences in opinion or not only welcomed but encouraged to arrive at the best possible outcome. I look forward to doing the best work of my career with this outstanding organization.

At this time, I have not observed any cons with ARU. You do need to bring your best self to work every day. This is not a place where you look at work as just punching a clock.
