Pros

I have found some good colleagues here only.

Cons

Arrise Noida has been one of the most disappointing work experiences, primarily due to poor management and highly inconsistent HR policies. The company frequently changes its policies every few months, creating confusion and instability for employees. During the hiring process, candidates are promised flexible working hours and work-from-home options. However, once you join, strict and often unreasonable restrictions are imposed, which completely contradict those promises. For example, employees are required to be in the office from 11:30 AM to 5:30 PM (6 mandatory hours), with only 2 hours considered “flexible.” On top of that, a total of 40 hours per week must be completed. Calling this setup “flexible” is misleading. Even worse, if you fall short by even a minute in completing the mandatory hours, it is marked as a half day, which feels unnecessarily rigid and unfair. Another major concern is the lack of proper resources. Some teams are not even provided with laptops, making work-from-home impossible. The laptops that are provided are often of poor quality, affecting productivity. The appraisal system is equally discouraging. Despite delivering strong performance and receiving positive feedback (no red flags), employees are often denied fair ratings and promotions. Managers openly state that higher ratings (like 4 stars) are reserved for specific individuals. This clearly reflects favoritism, which is visible across the organization. Important and impactful work is consistently assigned to a select few, while others are left waiting without growth opportunities.

Pros

Nothing that I can mention

Cons

Too much politics and favouritism. Everyone except the few favourites are looking out for opportunities. HRs are no good except for walking all around the floor and majority of times not available, on the pretext of meetings. Global stakeholders are least bothered what is happening in India. The company is in hands of people who are not even based out of India but regularly visit India to fire employees just randomly.
