Pros
Parking place (if you arrive early enough to get one) Negotiated salary in EUR, paid at the average RON-EUR rate
Cons
On social media, everything is great, they're one of the top companies to work for, but in reality: -Good salaries are only paid if you collaborate with them via a PFA -The PFA afferent paperwork is done a lot of times with mistakes by the department in charge of this -They have a sports premium, but it's paid monthly if you bring a receipt. With this paperwork-based approach, you risk forgetting and the bonus will not be paid to you. -They are trying to make the most profit and the maximum economy from everyhing. They don't hire extra developers if they are in need, unless the devs are allocated to projects, they don't remove people that are billable from the projects even if the persons are useless in the project and drag the team down, they don't buy basic SW licenses like MS Office if you don't make an official request, they don't use skype for business or teams, they just the regular free Skype. The company phone line isn't functional all the time and you need to use your personal phone to discuss with the customer for punctual topics. The medical subscription is paid to you on a monthly basis and you need to pay it monthly to Allianz. It's ~6 EUR / month. Imagine the economy level if they don't pay 72EUR yearly and pay you each month 6EUR. -Absolutely 0 trainings It's just an apartment-like company, which cuts to the maximum the costs, in hope of increasing the profits. But they name themselves "The Cluj multinational". Haha
