- No.1 is that the company is very people focused and geared around providing the right environment for you to work in. They also take a vested interest in your personal life and the importance of work life balance. - Culture is at the forefront of decision making and the org and leadership does a great job of aligning the mission to quantifiable actions. - Super helpful and team driven environment. Although teams are globally dispersed the organisation is very well connected and together in almost all aspects - Opportunities to contribute and have a say in decision making - Open levels of communication at any level in the org - Very flexible workplace, a fun culture and team to be around and opportunities to grow and develop for those who seek out the opportunities

- Fast growing and change is constant; personally I found this a challenge and the company is well equipped to scale and develop. I think the negative reviews are based on folks that are perhaps not used to change/agile workplaces
