Dont really have any complaints.

The benefits & PTO at Arlanxeo are good.

Mass exodus of employees. There is upheaval in the higher ranks which is making more work for those who are trying to keep up with the day to day firefighting. Too many initiatives to fix issues which takes away the small amount of workers from their daily tasks.
