High turnover because of competitive industry

ARJ has been around since 2000 and has grown a lot in a relatively small amount of time. This growth came from the CEO/Owner, Lisa’s vision to provide quality health care to patients with rare and complex health issues and putting the right people into place within her company to help ARJ get to where it is today. Salaries seem to be aligned with the market. My annual reviews and the reviews of my co-workers are timely and I feel that salary increases have been fair. It is far more common to hear anniversary announcements here of 5+ years than to hear about resignations/terminations. By far this is the most fulfilling job I have had in my professional career and I hope to be here for many years to come.
