      Good place to learn, get started. very relaxed office, casual.

      Cons

      Hard to get forward mobility or expanded responsibilities. Lack of structure is not the same thing as flat. lack of diversity in teams and staff

      Nice place to work, good work-life balance for an agency, talented and friendly people, strong design and engineering POV, focus on craft

      Cons

      Poor studio level management at least in New York: can be disorganized and play favorites, don’t live up to their values, fail to fix repeating issues
