People are “friendly” they put on this team oriented environment to make everyone feel welcomed.
Cons
To me this just seemed like a big scam. They lure you in by pitching this management program where they promote people within months of joining the company. It’s all part of the pitch, they trick these people into working 60+ hours a week without guaranteed pay, only commission which isn’t guaranteed either. Not only that but you have to file a W-2 which means taxes also get cut from your commission. No guaranteed base hourly salary. Sometimes they send you to places where they’ve already been and made sales so you basically waste 10 hours of your day to not even make a $100 sometimes. This all just seems like a scheme to lure desperate people with no opportunities and have them work long hours for average pay and no overtime.
