Family-like atmosphere. No politics. New leadership has brought much needed changes to the organization. Hiring and promoting talented people and moving some of the bad apples who were hurting the work culture out. Great stable customer base. AWESOME facility - don't let the Pacoima address fool you. It doesn't feel like Pacoima. The building is spacious, comfortable and safely tucked away in the hills above the local municipal airport.

Many internal processes are SERIOUSLY outdated. Hey Arc, the 1980s called, they want their processes back! Ok, maybe that's an exaggeration, but there are so many opportunities to modernize the way we do things around here...its good to see that new leadership recognizes this and is making the needed changes. I just wish they would move a little faster with them! Need to get in your car to find good places to eat - wish something was walkable.

Before Marwit Capital the company was home to many of us. It was focused on the customer and all of us worked hard to make sure the customer came first. Then Marwit! Many of those good people now compteate !!

After the invester take over a crupt David Brown and the BOBs working for Marwit cleared out anyone who knew the products, how to make the products and support the products. So many good people lost. They stopped having inventory to support repairs now thakes months when it was weeks. The inexperianced designs now being done have so many bugs and problems it is pethetic. Thought ESAB would help but it is now worse.
