      Pros

      It was an easy commute close to my home.

      Cons

      I had a micro-manager who did not work to develop trust with individuals. Everything was Help Desk ticket driven and employees were expected to stay within those bounds. Innovation was frowned upon.

      none really. ok pay and benefits but they don't outweigh terrible company culture.
