      good work environment, managers and colleagues are very nice and supportive. compensation is good. extra vacation days

      everything was just great I have to leave due to personal reasons

      Great leadership - UR attracts too talent and good leaders are consistently out into the right positions

      Cons

      None really - this field can be blue collar so that might not be the right fit for everyone. But I really like it.
