APR utilizes a hiring process that attempts to ensure candidates understand the APR culture and values – rooted in Patrick Lencioni teachings, which includes sharing a Lencioni book, the Predictive Index, and multiple layers of interviews. APR wants each teammate to be successful, though acknowledge that that is not always the case.
