Pros
Not a lot really - the experience was broad and the pay was quite good. I met and worked with some good people.
Cons
Dis organised and self serving with a very high staff turnover. Staff tend to be overworked, under appreciated, under trained. A lack of proper policies and procedures in place, seat of the pants stuff. A lot of talk, hype and insincere platitudes.
