Pros
Pay is good but not extraordinary, great coworkers and a great place to make new friends and learn new things. Free food and beers once in a while
Cons
Toxic executives, extreme nonsense micromanagement. Its a great job to make some money for a short period of time. If you get ill due to overwork or chemicals exposure, they act like they help you, but in reality they don't care! They fire you in less than a minute and hire someone else fresh and free of pain willing and able to smile for the first 2 weeks, and then stop smiling when they start feeling like robots until their bodies are about to shutdown. Workers compensation is never approved and they take your days from your PTO if you call out due to job related body aches. They require to wear protective equipment but the chemicals are exposed in giant tanks, and you can smell the metals and chemicals as soon as you open the front door of the building. If you're looking for a long term stable job, that's not the right place for you.
