I don’t find any downsides

Benefits are solid — health coverage, PTO, and other perks are competitive with industry standards. If you prefer working independently or in quieter settings, the environment can suit that well.

The culture feels somewhat isolating, and there’s not a strong sense of team connection or community. Leadership often emphasizes values like transparency, collaboration, or inclusion — but in practice, these aren't always reflected in day-to-day decisions or behaviors. Communication can feel top-down, and opportunities for genuine feedback or growth aren’t consistently supported.
