Pros

If you stay long enough you’ll get to add quite a bit to your resume

Cons

There is no work/life balance. When someone inevitably quits, you will be asked to pick up the slack because the company’s bottom line is more important than you having a day off - including weekends. HR is there only to protect senior management and C-level employees. Be prepared for your director to tell you to “pick a side” because they can’t play nice with the other directors and want you to join their team. If you don’t then be prepared for the target on your back. Overall highly toxic work culture with no one willing to change because it all seems down from the top. The epitome of “good old boys” club - especially from CEO.

Pros

Working here has been an incredibly rewarding experience. I’m empowered to make my own decisions without being second-guessed, which allows me to truly drive meaningful change. The team I work with is phenomenal—collaborative, supportive, and passionate. I feel like I’m making a real impact every day and contributing to something that’s scaling in a big way. It’s rare to find a role where you have both autonomy and influence, and I’m grateful to be part of it

Cons

Staffing can be a real challenge. Entry-level pay isn’t very competitive, and some of the systems feel outdated and overly complex, which makes training harder than it should be. You wear many hats such as food catering and procurement can be especially demanding in busy seasons. The business is market-driven, the volume swings can be intense. It’s tough to staff appropriately without putting strain on the team. Still, if you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving tough problems, there’s a lot of opportunity here.
