Pros
Can take time off if needed. Easy going culture at times. Some awesome people working here. Company appears to be expanding/growing. It can be good but only if you make the best of what you have here. Not bad for an entry level to gain some experience. Close to public transportation. Right next to the Regional rail and not far from subway or El train.
Cons
Appears to be plagued by high turnover and low morale. Unprofessional and unorganized. I think there is some egotism in the higher levels. Does not value employees for the most part. Buildings located in bad neighborhoods.
