Sales Position BAD Leads, Own Laptop, Low Pay, Rude SHE Wannabe Manager - Anonymous employee APLUS America Employee Review

No culture, leads are no good, no report on my sales or list on my check. Manager is rude she talks down to us as if we are a kids who are stupid, she doesn't listen. Her and the owner don't manage, support, aren't organized with reports for us. Wasting time calling bad leads means low sales and small checks. Also you have to use your own computer & headset for $17hr. Should offer monthly allowance toward wifi, repairs or equipment since you don't make much calling people who don't speak English or know who we are.
