Pros
Due to the extremely high turn over of people resigning/quitting (I stopped counting at 120 [yes 120! +] in just the first couple of years), you can continue working there for as long as you want and for as long as you can put up with the retaliation, immaturity, and bigotry of management/"leadership".
Cons
Extremely high turn over due to people quitting/resigning, which then management pushes the work onto other team members and threatens when the person cannot keep up. I stopped counting after 120 + employees within our office quit/resigned in just a couple years of being there. Zero accountability on "Management and Leadership teams" since they continue to remain in the same positions after failing to perform their jobs. No real room to grow. Preference given to outside hires rather than promoting from within. Wages are far below average. Business mentality of over-promise and under-deliver. Corporate politics. Epitome of corporate America NOT in a good way. Constant Federal Maritime Commission violations that are swept under the rug. Clique management that condescends.
