      Pros

      401k is the only thing this company has going for it.

      Cons

      No advancement, upper management lies just to keep you onboard. Non competitive wages, no incentive to work harder. No wage increases for inflation. Terrible use of profits, investing in wrong areas for future growth.

      I think the best part about working here was that everyone in the office was kind, friendly, and always available to help answer questions

      Pros

      APG used to be a great place to work, since new management took over at the end of 2025, they have destroyed the company morale, no longer do any events for the staff, and micromanage all employees. Staff are dropping like flies, seriously, work anyplace else.

      See pros, there are too many cons to count. Paul hasn’t been the CEO since Oct 2025, he made APG wonderful.
