      Benefits are really good. For yourself, $20.00 per pay period.

      Cons

      If you are not the right color, this will not be a good place to grow. You will always feel inferior to the master. Even if you are smart, know what it takes in a career to be successful, if you are not the right complexion, it’s best to move on. Don’t waste your precious time.

      Upper management isn’t hands on, pay is not good for the amount of work, not a lot of growth opportunities, change at the drop of a dime
