Poorly Mismanaged - Senior Analyst APCOM Employee Review

Poorly Mismanaged, with Toxic work culture. Processes were antiquated, with little-to-no consideration for updates or change. Recently was acquired by A.O. Smith, and most manufacturing employees were desperate to hold on to their roles. As such, there was no knowledge sharing, and no training at all. Moreover, plant management did not communicate ANY details intentionally to employees - leaving to a very reactionary work environment. All of this was done to create control out of fear of positions being downsized, etc. EXTREME lack of diversity, and resulting politics are in place.
