No job security as management hires/fires based on their mood. only one person is handling the HR department who doesn’t have any knowledge in this field and no experience. She doesn’t have any educational background in HR, still she is HR due to sympathy from CEO. Company changes its policies overnight without any prior notice. Employees are under eagle eye always, does not have freedom to express their opinions and views. Constantly employees are being questioned on their education and credibility. Management only wants to hire trainees in less budget and wants them to do all the work. HR is biased and does not know how to talk with her colleagues.
