Pros

Got to work at Nike. I was able to negotiate that they reimburse me for my monthly max pass and during the pandemic, they reimbursed me for my internet.

Cons

made a mistake on my pay stubs where they didn't deduct the medical from Aug - Dec. had to pay back what they didn't deduct. My Net Pay was the equivalent to unemployment. I ended up losing money just working. I had a HSA when I started and never explained the difference between FSA and HSA turns out they are completely different forms. I signed an HSA form not a FSA form. I wasn't eligible for FSA till Jan 2020. They never explained when I would be eligible. So I used my card for an expense, but it turns out it wasn't HSA eligible. so that was another $500 that I had to pay back. Their medical coverage was the worse. They say that they pay the $4K deductible, but I still had to pay out of pocket for my doctor visits over $100 the co-pay that I did pay did not cover the whole visit. ugh. If I ever work with these people again I want a $2k sign on bonus to recover the lost income that I experienced. They migrated to a new payroll system and ended up paying me twice and again for my PTO balance. so I had to write them a check to pay back on the error they made. Fun Times!

Great benefits and they do not micromanage.

Cons

There are really no cons if I’d say one it’d be overall communication but I can reach my team leaders at any time so no cons
