      Great culture, lovely people with good transparency on company financials. There is genuine care for their employees with exciting opportunities to do varied work with exciting clients globally.

      Pros

      There is a general atmosphere of care in the company for the team, which is a refreshing change in an industry which can have demanding hours. The company is also employee owned, meaning bonuses are tax free to a point and employees are listened to in their concerns and thoughts over directions of the company.
