Very clean and organized environment. The owner re invests in the company, keeping all equipment and tools up to date. good break room, clean purified water at your disposal. good location in regards to Hudson. not far from the highway. I've never worked for a better company

they don't punish lazy behavior and are known to adjust your time. if you work from 7:05am - 3:35pm they will adjust your end time to 330 and take your vacation even if you worked that time.

Most people who work there are nice to work with. Free BJs membership.

Family owned company. Environment is full of fear and anxiety. No logical management practices and there aren't any strategies for growth - except to grow. No chance of advancement or professional growth. Employees discouraged from leaving their desks except for a scheduled 15 min break at 10am (they actually ring a bell to let employees know when to go back to work). Ethics are questionable at best and many lies told even during interview process. People often fired for speaking the truth. Office environment is awful - no windows, poor ventilation, discussing carpeting, black ceilings (yes, they are painted black) and the shop isn't much better. No privacy - everything is monitored online and from cameras inside and outside. My advice, stay away from this company at all costs.
