Pros
I have been with ANSR Global Corporation Pvt Ltd for over 4 years in HR Operations, and it has been an excellent journey. The organization provides outstanding exposure to global stakeholders and GCC environments, which has significantly enhanced my professional and operational capabilities. The HR Operations role here is highly dynamic, offering end-to-end experience across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, stakeholder coordination, and process management. There is a strong culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous learning, which enables individuals to grow quickly and take on higher responsibilities. The leadership team is supportive and approachable, and the work environment encourages collaboration and innovation. Teams are well-aligned, and there is good visibility for contributions, which adds to overall job satisfaction. Additionally, the company offers competitive compensation, timely salary payments, and a stable work environment. It is a great place for HR professionals looking to build strong expertise in operations within a global setup. Pros: 1. Strong global exposure and stakeholder interaction 2. End-to-end HR Operations experience 3. Supportive leadership and collaborative culture 4. Good learning opportunities and career growth 5. Stable organization with timely compensation
Cons
Work can be fast-paced during peak periods (manageable with proper planning)
Pros
Not having Pros to mention only negative experience i have having and now also i am experiencing from ANSR
Cons
My experience with ANSR has been highly disappointing, primarily due to the lack of professionalism and accountability from the HR team. One of the most frustrating aspects was the complete irresponsiveness from HR. Even after sending multiple reminders, basic requests—such as receiving pay slips, experience letter and other documents—were ignored or significantly delayed. This reflects poorly on the organization’s internal processes and respect for employees. There seems to be a clear lack of ownership and communication within the HR team. Employees are often left following up repeatedly for essential documentation, which should ideally be provided proactively and on time. Such negligence creates unnecessary stress and impacts employee trust. An organization’s HR department is supposed to be the backbone for employee support, but unfortunately, that is not the case here. The inefficiency and lack of coordination suggest deeper systemic issues. I would strongly advise the management to improve HR accountability, communication standards, and employee support processes. Without these changes, it is difficult to recommend this company as a reliable workplace. ONE OF THE WORST COMPANY IN BANGALORE TO WORK AND WORST WORK CULTURE AND NOT EVEN HAVE THE RESPECT FOR THE WORK DONE
