      Remote role. Nice laptops. Opportunity to learn.

      Cons

      - micro management. Every hour needs to be billed. Wants to bill the costumer at every opportunity! - Promising to deliver solutions without proper design in place. Lots of projects have been lost or dropped. - Some rude/unprofessional people. ( Swearing in Teams meetings) - Very low pay. No bonus. No pay rise. Very high turnover.
