We very much appreciate your comments about your experience at ANPI, and we’re sorry it wasn’t more positive, or didn’t live up to your expectations. Although ANPI has been a successful business since 1996, the development and introduction of a major new product (ours is a Hosted Unified Communications solution) inevitably runs into issues and growing pains, as well as the teams in charge. We have made every effort to bring in the most experienced personnel we can find to try to keep those “bumps in the road” from being too large, or happening too often. If you were still with the company today, you would see the results of all this hard work – an award-winning solution with fewer bugs, a solidified development and marketing plan, and an environment that is becoming more stable with each passing day.
