1. Friendly and safe place to work 2. Easy to get unpaid work experience for as long as you like 3. Little hierarchy except between family and non family - see below

1. Family business - All profits go to family, their work hours and holidays as they choose 2. Poor employment practices - Use of unpaid volunteers to do chargeable work, sham self employment of key staff 3. Poor management - Director micro manages and criticises staff frequently, does not listen to staff ideas, does not deal with staff issues 4. Get any agreements confirmed in writing straightaway or firm likely to change verbal agreements to your disadvantage
