I worked with 4 women who were incredibly toxic. My experience included having the door shut so I could be screamed at, being discriminated against, and bullied. When I brought this up with management, I was let go without notice locked out of emails that had proof. When I brought this to the union's attention, they said there was not enough proof and that they could not access my email account.

The administration and staff are of such a diverse background that it really represents the culturally diverse population of Vancouver quite well. There are also numerous programs geared towards the neighbouring community.

It is quite a big place and sometimes you may not see some members from other community programs as often.
