Pros

Met a few trusting, fun and friendly staff.

Cons

Not prepared to work with qualified employees to help them grow. Negative politics. Poor HR Leadership. Poor Senior Leadership. Does not trust their own employees. Not a flexible company to work for. Work hours are too strict and is like being an inmate rather than an employee. Will try to fire you without giving you a review or providing valid reasons for you termination. You will always have to watch your back when working for this company.

Pros

ANGARAI offers a rare opportunity to work on real projects that impact the company’s business development strategy. I gained hands-on experience in Zoho CRM, KPI tracking, federal contracting, and marketing analytics. The leadership is approachable, the learning curve is rewarding, and the exposure to GovTech is unmatched. Highly recommended for anyone looking to break into consulting, analytics, or government-focused roles.

Cons

It’s a fast-paced place, so you definitely need to be proactive and figure things out on the go. A little more structure in the beginning would’ve made settling in easier.

Pros

Hands-on Learning – Exposure to real-world projects involving data systems, contract management, and platform automation. Supportive Team Culture – The team is approachable, encouraging, and genuinely invested in your growth. Leadership Accessibility – Managers are open to feedback and take the time to mentor interns. Diverse Tech Stack – Gained experience across Zoho suite, CRM integrations, KPI tracking tools, and documentation best practices. Collaborative Work Environment – Cross-functional collaboration helps you understand how consulting operations function end-to-end.

Cons

Smaller Organization – Limited exposure to large-scale enterprise systems or big data tools (but great for focused, agile learning). Manual Processes in Some Areas – A few internal processes could benefit from more automation or standardization.
