Pros
There are a few really nice Engineers and a handful of great people working out on the floor.
Cons
They walk you through the nicest parts of hell to get employees and customers alike, then they just treat people like tools. Completely out of touch with humanity. Chaotic, micro-management at it's worst no matter what position you're looking at or how much experience you have. No climate control for the technicians means working bundled up in the winter and interior temps in the 90s during summer. Mandatory overtime with zero notice means 12-hour days. Reprimands for anyone caught talking during business hours, and the rumors say that there are microphones on those surveillance cameras. Add the fact that they hire and lay people off with no notice or severance, I would just close this glass door and walk away.
