There are a few good people. The work is booming.

Not enough workers for the amount of work. Don't hold your breath on getting the quarterly bonuses they talk about and get your hopes up. Certain people need to be fired, but it's all about who you know there. They can harass you daily and not even get a slap on the wrist for their outbursts. It's all about getting stuff out the door and not about quality.
