      Great communication, a wonderful editing team, and organization and structure with content and deadlines. They also increased my rates without me asking!

      Cons

      They didn't want to pay my initial rates. I negotiated with them, and they increased my rates, but freelancers should keep this in mind.

      Remote setting which is convenient, you can work Whenever you want

      They don’t Give you any kind of benefit, management can be not very well prepared, they are not really leaders, they just manage
