Pros
This is a good company to start with if you are a younger person; however, you'll quickly find that you will need to move on to a company that offers learning opportunities, training, affordable benefits and better pay.
Cons
The pay is the lowest in the industry. This is not a learning organization. If you want to develop as a professional in your craft or develop your leadership skills you'll have to do so on your own. They offer education reimbursement, but there is no professional development training beyond what you'll gain on your own time. Promotion opportunities are not competitive. Many managers are older and often keep information to themselves in order to protect their job. They think that by sharing their knowledge and training their subordinates on everything they know that they'll be replaced. I had such high hopes when I started working here; however, I'm an engaged employee that's actively searching for new employment.
