Cruel, unkind and completely un-motivated, the sales "leadership", and I use this term lightly, make a habit of publicly demeaning others; often when the individual being ridiculed is in the room listening. No amount of money is worth taking a job here. If you are hired by this company for a sales position in the fall, you should plan on being fired by late spring. They hire seasonal sales reps to get them through the busy season and fire them as soon as it is over. They work you to death and then ask for more.
