One hand does not know what the other hand is doing. Implementation of lean waste management and procedures caused many people to jump ship, ranging from junior entry level staff to ceo levels saw the shambles of management and no matter who fed back it seemed to go nowhere. Ramped up their recruitment post pandemic and brought in a ridiculous amount of staff that actually impacted bonus structures and salary reviews of tenured long term staff. People that bad been there for years and years through thick and thin where now on the same playing field as someone just through the door!?!?? Few mo ths later, had to make cuts and there's redundancies being made left, right and centre!! Who's the ines being made redundant? All the new staff surely.... NOPE... For whatever reason they've decided to cut all the tenured staff with experience and knowledge and hold on to ones fresh in the door, and all the management and new management are either friends or friends of friends. Make it make sense??? My team has seen 6 people walk so far, within a 6 month window, from a new manager took over!
