Clear divide within the AMS and Citi team, although AMS managers have tried to work on this but still a divide. You always feel below Citi Staff and feel like you have two set of companies your working with. The volume is ridiculous and processes are old.
The volume is unrealistic and no one cares, it is a more of a let’s save budget and ensure you are fully burnt out type of
atmosphere.
When volume is unmanageable, no support is given so you end up working 8am - 9pm daily during campus season with no benefits ie expense dinner back, taxi back etc
No training is given and you are excepted to know everything but if something goes wrong, all management are down your throat. This environment is terrible and with such high turnover, you’d think they care enough.
