The people on the front lines. They are the BEST in the business. Individual contributors working long hours and supporting each other.
Cons
Senior leadership moved on from great leaders who truly cared about the people. True culture builders no longer here leaving the culture to become a dog eat dog environment turning teams against each other. Focus on cost and only cost with no regard for culture or what employees have given to the company. A focus on results is a good thing, but not taking external factors into account or understanding what someone means to a teams success is quite different. The mass exodus of those who cared about the morale of the employees is saddening. A culture of fearing you may be next does not foster success, it fosters the minimum effort. Went from a company where everyone felt respected enough to ask any question to a company where no one feels safe enough to question anything going on. One day someone is here, the next they are not. The strategic removal of so many long term great leaders here is truly sad.
