Pros
Product is great. Company grows and moves fast and can be very exciting. Some people in the office and in-resort are great to work with. Relatively young company.
Cons
Work environment can be very toxic and salaries are low. Hours are not ideal and there is no flexibility. Leaving 10 minutes early when you are done with your work at the end of the day is a crime. Working from home is a big no-no. Very sad to say that even working from home during inclement weather is a long debated stretch. Traffic surrounding the area is a nightmare. The culture is that the popular ones are quickly recognized and promoted while hard workers are unseen. A bit like high school with management cliques. Communication can be very poor. All major projects are dumped on employees with tight, unrealistic deadlines. Some belittling managers with terrible leadership styles.
