Valuable clinical research experience but low pay and corporate culture - CRC I AMR Clinical Employee Review

The company operates with all different departments (lab techs, front desk, regulatory, data team, etc) to ensure ease with the workload.

HR and managers were not very accommodating with a disability.

Manager was willing to hire me without prior job experience, letting me break into clinical research

Layoffs, very short staffed, and management was clueless. We were over run with work yet not allowed overtime. FDA would’ve had an audit party if they saw the things that went on at our site. Low staff morale. Low pay. Bad benefits. I would truly only recommend this place if you have absolutely nothing else, but you’d honestly be better off being an MA at a hospital for a bit and trying to break into research at another company.
