CEO doesn't know what he's doing. Company is being ran into the ground. No one hits quota. No one knows what's going on. Existing customers never renew their contracts. New customers never get off the ground due to poor customer support and overall inefficient processes internally at Amper. CEO (Akshat Thirani) is more focused on his title and control over everything at the company that he can't see the problems staring him right in the face. There's no development opportunities, as the CEO has no sales experience to effectively upskill new sales hires. There's also no room for upward growth within the organization due to declining sales and revenue. If you're looking to get into sales at a company where you can learn and grow go work at any number of other qualified companies within the Chicago areas and avoid this dumpster fire of a company.
