Impactful Work: Beyond the impact our clinicians we place make to bring care to communities, internally, AMN offers the opportunity to serve your communities in various ways, such as through the AMN Healthcare Community Relations Committee and many Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), which have allowed me to positively impact both within and outside the company. 4. Supportive Leadership: The leadership team is supportive and open to innovative ideas. They encourage critical thinking and are open to trying new processes, which makes every project exciting and rewarding. I’ve always had leaders who believed in my potential and encouraged me to continue to grow by challenging and supporting me. 5. Diversity and Inclusion: AMN is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace, reflected in the active engagement of ERGs and various advocacy groups.

Pros

AMN Healthcare provided opportunities to work on meaningful projects that supported healthcare organizations across the country. Leadership encouraged collaboration, and I had the chance to work with talented colleagues from different departments. The company invested in professional development, offered flexibility, and promoted a culture focused on solving complex problems while improving the healthcare experience for clients and clinicians.

Cons

Like many large organizations, priorities could shift quickly, making it challenging to balance competing initiatives. Communication between departments could sometimes be improved, and decision-making occasionally took longer than expected because of the size of the organization.
